ARYSE, a dynamic player in the disability support sector, engaged TOAST to transform their brand identity and digital presence to better serve NDIS participants, carers, and professionals in the industry. Our team collaborated with ARYSE to develop UI/UX/CX design and launch a new, user-centric website, alongside a dynamic brand identity applied to brochureware and environmental design, all aiming to make ARYSE a trusted name in a highly competitive market.
In the competitive landscape of Australian disability providers, engagement and trust are paramount in distinguishing a service provider in the disability support industry.
ARYSE faced the challenge of establishing itself as the preferred option for participants, a trusted support source for carers and parents, a top provider for NDIS agents, and an employer of choice for disability support workers. The critical task was to enhance brand trust and deepen engagement to attract new and retain existing stakeholders, amidst a market flooded with varying levels of quality and care.
Grounded the insight that "a person living with a disability does not want to be defined by their abilities, but by who they are as a person,” we crafted an empowering brand proposition around "Your Day, Your Way";. This led to the creation of a brand identity that is as flexible, vibrant, and diverse as the community ARYSE serves. Our approach included developing user-centric design principles for their digital platforms and physical environments, enhancing the overall customer experience and engagement across all touchpoints.
