The challenge that TOAST was tasked to reach through strategic brand messaging, was, how are we going to win the battle and engage the market beyond Southern Sydney and become a national player in the real estate industry?

Our Solution

Highland Property Group (HPG) needed to become bigger, stronger and increasingly performant in new locations. TOAST worked to strengthen and future-proof their brand to be even more unique and recognisable for HPG to resonate across multiple target groups, services and locations. Ultimately, reaching nationwide.

The strategic findings of our research uncovered that HPG effectively push the boundaries and the breadth of services offered in the real estate industry to improve the overall customer experience. Their customers are supported throughout the whole process, from beginning to end, providing the confidence that they will be looked after in their real estate decisions.

This enabled TOAST to encapsulate the HPG brand narrative: “We build trusted relationships that last for a lifetime”. TOAST’s direction was to shift customers’ perception.

HPG are more than just property; they have the confidence to go for it. They build long-lasting, trusted relationships, create unique customer experiences and deliver rewarding, premium results.
