Opting for a subtle and traditional route, we explored the fine detail that is often associated with typographic logos. As our main aim was to establish a sense of trust, strength and prestige in the Lenland brand, a strong serif typeface was selected to instil in clients a feeling of comfort and familiarity.

Echoing the simplicity of Lenland’s offer, the tagline ‘Simplified Living’ was created. The stationary suite speaks for Lenland’s fine qualities with the subtlety of blind UV treatments and fine textured paper stocks, while the use of a black and white palette ensures the brand remains neutral to complement each of Lenland’s up and coming development projects.

This brand identity project also included the development of a new responsive website design.
