The Precinct is a boutique complex of 32 apartments located on Sydney’s lower North Shore. The sought after St Leonards location, surrounded by cafes, upmarket commercial precincts and transport networks, called for a modern branding campaign that spoke to to the young professional and empty nester market. Toast were called upon to create the brand design and build a digital marketing campaign to highlight the parkside location, sophisticated architectural features and high-end lifestyle of the development.
Toast delivered a full marketing campaign for both digital and print, which included the brand and logo design, a responsive website design, online advertising, a 28-page brochure, billboard signage, display books and floorplan plates, photography and illustration. The sophistication of the campaign reflects the high-end finishes and modern design of the development, and is superior to any nearby competitive developments.
