For a development of the calibre and location of Mirabell Turramurra, the brand design and marketing needed to have a modern, sophisticated approach that set the development apart from its competition. Toast Creative were engaged by CBRE and Broadstate Group to develop a high end brand campaign that speaks to the lifestyle of the area, highlighting sophisticated design, quality finishes and an enviable location.
The development, consisting of 77 boutique 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments, targets a buyer cross section of 60% owner-occupier and 40% investor. The campaign needed to appeal to a range of first home buyers, young professionals and families, as well as downsizers and empty nesters looking to invest in the sought after North Shore lifestyle.
Toast met the brief with a full range of marketing for Mirabell Turramurra, including logo design, branding identity, on- and off-site signage, aerial, lifestyle and location photography, CGI imagery of the new apartments and development, an onsite display suite, brochures and display books, responsive website design, print advertising, online advertising and electronic direct messaging. The result is a highly successful campaign, successfully selling a high end development in a leafy location with enviable proximity to business districts, parks, schools and leisure facilities.
