BridgeLane – Hutch & Hutch

Toast won REA brand campaign of the year for its collaboration with BridgeLane and award-winning architects SJB and CBRE. 

Toast took inspiration between the parallels of nostalgia and new, and the location’s unique history – the site of Australia’s first vinyl record plant. Drawing on the creative flair of the location, and the surrounding streets of Hutchinson Street and Hutchinson Lane, Toast started with the name, and took it from there, developing a branding platform that took the boutique development to a new level of distinction.
