Flower Power has grown to be Australia’s largest garden centre chain. It offers 11 store locations across suburban Sydney offering an extensive range of products and services from designing and building your garden and outdoor needs to homewares and furniture. The Garden Lover’s Club is the brand’s long-standing loyalty program offering members exclusive monthly offers, gardening information, advice and news.

Toast Creative set about amplifying the quality of the services that Flower Power provides. It was important to create a ‘community’ feel where both new and loyal customers could join up, log-in, check points or vouchers, and obtain and share information including details about the latest in-store events and promotions.

Within just 6 months membership grew from 60,000 to 150,000 and the website’s monthly visitation increased from 20,000 to 60,000 – true testimony to the power of solid online strategy and effective digital implementation.

Toast continues to work with Flower Power’s marketing team implementing digital strategies for the continuously expanding Garden Lovers Club.
