The team at fairview approached Toast to revolutionise their brand to elevate themselves in the marketplace. We started with a series of brand workshops with stakeholder engagement sessions to really identify the problems they were currently facing and how their customers and employees perceived the brand, dissecting the name and also the logo and assets. After weeks of collaboration it was decided to keep the name because of the band recognition and equity it had and push forward with the evolution.

Through rounds of visual mood boards we identified the direction and pathway for the creative to flow. We developed a full style guide and 10 product sub brands, creating the overall Fairview brand, resembling form and architecture through colour and linework.

The digital aspect of the project was an extension of the brand created keeping the stylised modern architecture feel while showcasing Fairview’s projects and case studies.

We continue to work with fairview on building their brand activation in the market. The initial feedback and response was a great elevation from industry professionals and customers. Great work Toast Team.
