20/20 People Co-working Space
Toast Creative’s new project, 20/20 People co-working space is almost complete! Our warehouse home in Surry Hills original rag-trade district is undergoing a transformation, and the first section, 20/20 People will open soon.
74-76 Campbell Street, originally Companies House, is being rebranded as Surry House, a hub for creativity, networking and hospitality. The ground floor, basement and courtyard will be a unique new cafe and restaurant. Leading Australian branding agency toast creative will occupy Level 2; and Level 3, which is opening first, will be the brand new shared working space, 20/20 People. With direct access to a huge rooftop overlooking the Sydney CBD and Surry Hills skyline, 20/20 People will be a space for creative entrepreneurs to network, develop and build their businesses in an inspiring environment.
The building, which was a former needle factory, embodies iconic grandeur of a bygone era with innovative design in the most sought after city fringe address. The distinguished original architecture, a combination of exposed brick, high raked ceilings and solid timber floors, is paired with an impeccably crafted interior fit-out, shaping an inspiring warehouse workspace for artists and creatives.
Toast Creative Managing Director and the brains behind Surry House and 20/20 People, Nick Sammut says, “A 20/20 membership is more than a desk to work at. It’s access to creatives from all sectors, and the possibilities of Surry House. There will be networking events on the rooftop, the hospitality of a wine bar and restaurants downstairs, yoga classes on the rooftop, group fitness, and we’re even looking into a meal plan option for members. We’re reinventing Surry House as the cultural and creative hub of Surry Hills.”
Due for completion at the end of next week, 20/20 People will open its doors to creatives from Monday 21st March. Enquire now via the 20/20 People website for a tour of the space, and to secure a space to build your future at this reinvigorated, iconic Surry Hills address.
