With our primary marketing communications objective firmly in mind, and armed with an understanding of the target market comprising empty nesters and young professionals, we choreographed a conceptual shoot around Dolls Point. Focusing on the strength of ‘story-telling’ photography to enhance the brand’s appeal, we created brand assets celebrating the beach living lifestyle that were used throughout the campaign.

Shore apartments sold 75% of the available stock off the plan. Construction is complete with 100% sold.
