A collaboration between BridgeLane, award-winning architects SJB, CBRE and Toast mixed in with a half heritage building conversion in Surry Hills, gives you a blend of creative flair and edge. Starting with the name, Toast took inspiration between the parallels of nostalgia and new, combined with the locale of the surrounding streets of Hutchinson Street and Hutchinson Lane.
After digging deep the team unveiled that the site was actually the site of Brunswick Records, the first factory to manufacture vinyl records in Australia. The path was paved for what Toast do best, craft. Results are yet to be released, few contacts have mentioned there could be a records broken with this campaign. Stay tuned.
