Toast Creative was called upon by Cloverland Property Development to create a tailored branding and marketing campaign for its new residential project, Forest Grove. Located in the ever expanding, sought after North West Sydney, the campaign needed to emphasise the space, position and surrounds of the Forest Grove apartments.
Following in-depth research and analysis, Toast developed a brand that reflects the relaxed park setting and naturally light-filled properties. A full suite of marketing collateral was produced including flyers, onsite signage, a brochure, advertising and the brand website.
Ensuring the target market was correctly informed and approached, Toast focused attention on the lifestyle and wellbeing of Forest Grove. The oversized, light-filled layout of the apartments, outlook to parklands, and proximity to transport, leisure, sporting and community facilities were highlighted. The result is a multi-channel brand that speaks to the buyer of a quiet haven on the edge of a vibrant locale.
