Toast Creative set about amplifying the quality of the services that Flower Power provides. It was important to create a ‘community’ feel where both new and loyal customers could join up, log-in, check points or vouchers, and obtain and share information including details about the latest in-store events and promotions.
Within just 6 months membership grew from 60,000 to 150,000 and the website’s monthly visitation increased from 20,000 to 60,000 – true testimony to the power of solid online strategy and effective digital implementation.
