The developer for Diamond Grand apartments wanted the project to exude a luxurious sophistication and style not seen in many properties in the area. To achieve this, Toast Creative were brought on to work with the developer, designers and estate agent to understand the market, location and principals behind the brand.
As the majority share of the target market were found to be Asian and first home buyers, the developer specified the colour gold be used, as it is both a symbol of luck and luxury. Toast combined this with fine lines and clean, subtle imagery that carries across all branding.
The result is a modern, elegant brand design and campaign. Toast Creative produced a full suite of print and digital branding and marketing, including logo and brand design, copywriting, photography, onsite signage, and the brand website. A complete display suite was developed onsite, where potential buyers could interact with the property, see the quality of materials and experience the development first hand.
