Challenged by direct competition just steps away from Delve’s location, our strategy was to make the brand appeal to similar prospective buyers, but the brand’s communications had to be executed in a completely unique way.

To differentiate, we needed to avoid the branding clichés expected of an apartment nestled amongst national parks, nature reserves, rivers and bays.

Toast’s branding for Delve took a typographic form with a simple colour selection, allowing the outstanding photography of the surrounding location to speak for itself. Toast’s comprehensive range of print, digital, signage and environmental installations, locally focused aerial photography and stunning CGIs create an opulent and impressive suite of marketing collateral, enhancing the brand that one step further.
