Toast proposed the prestigious name of ‘Aston’ meaning ‘East settlement’. The brand identity draws inspiration from the natural and sophisticated architecture by PBD Architects, taking cues from the striking ‘Latte’ and ‘Espresso’ colour palette, throughout the campaign. Overall, the refined elegance and contemporary style of the branding and communications allows Aston Apartments to stand apart from its vast competition with subtle distinction. The result – 80% of apartments sold off-plan within the first day.
